Seyfarth Partners Recognized as Most Powerful Employment Attorneys in the United States

Human Resources Executive and Lawdragon have selected six Seyfarth Shaw LLP partners to their list of “The Nation’s Most Powerful Employment Attorneys.” Seyfarth Labor & Employment partners Lorie Almon, Mark Casciari, Lisa Damon, Camille Olson, William Perkins and Colleen Regan were named to the list of the Top 100 Most Powerful Employment attorneys. Seyfarth partner D. Ward Kallstrom was honored in the Top 20 list of attorneys for Employee Benefits and Seyfarth partner Ian Morrison was recognized in the Top 40 list of Up-and-Comers.

In addition, Seyfarth partner Angelo Paparelli was selected as one of 10 legends for the Hall of Fame of the employment bar whose contributions to the field as well as their firms are unparalleled. Very few lawyers are considered for Hall of Fame status — which begins with 35 years in the employment-law trenches and requires consistent recognition for all-around excellence in counseling clients, contributing to the bar and serving as a visionary to improve workplaces.

In its ninth iteration, this year’s list of the “Nation’s Most Powerful Employment Attorneys” comprises attorneys who have typically practiced for more than 20 years, received glowing recommendations from peers, as well as corporate counsel who have worked with them, and who have tallied a series of legal accomplishments. Leadership positions within their respective firms and bar associations also contributed to selection to the list.

Human Resource Executive magazine is a monthly publication that focuses on strategic issues in human resources, and written for an audience of key decision makers, offering news, profiles of HR professionals and innovative success stories, covering all areas of human resource management.

Lawdragon, which conducted the research for the list, is an online media company that provides free legal news and features as well as searchable database of legal professionals in 90 areas of expertise.
