Lo conducts thorough, impartial workplace investigations on behalf of employers across a wide range of industries. She has experience investigating allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, policy violations, whistleblower complaints, and other sensitive workplace matters. As an outside investigator, Lo delivers prompt, well-documented, and defensible findings that meet legal standards and reflect best practices. She understands the critical importance of preserving confidentiality, minimizing disruption to business operations, and providing clear, actionable conclusions that position clients to make informed decisions and mitigate risk. Whether engaged to investigate a single complaint or to assess systemic concerns, she brings the rigor, objectivity, and discretion that these matters demand.
Lo also represents employers in all phases of litigation in state and federal court, as well as before administrative agencies. Her experience includes single- and multiplaintiff and class action lawsuits involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, wage and hour claims, meal and rest break violations, and other employment disputes. She also represents employers in administrative proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Lo's litigation experience includes drafting dispositive and pretrial motions, conducting discovery, and negotiating settlements.
In addition to her litigation practice, Lo counsels employers across a variety of industries on compliance matters, including drafting and updating employee policies and handbooks. She also draws on prior experience advising clients on employee benefits and executive compensation matters, bringing a well-rounded perspective to her employment practice.
