- Won a complete arbitration victory for a physician-owned health care system, obtaining dismissal of all claims alleging race and gender discrimination, breach of contract, and unlawful wage withholding.
- Obtained a complete defense award in arbitration for a telecommunications company, defeating claims of systemic racial discrimination and retaliatory termination.
- Successfully defended a nationwide transportation and logistics company against wrongful termination and disability discrimination claims in King County Superior Court.
- Secured a significant arbitration victory for a national restaurant franchisor, defeating pregnancy discrimination and wage and hour claims asserted by a former employee.
- Obtained dismissal of nine of twelve claims asserted against a major health care system by a former affiliated physician in Pierce County Superior Court.
- Defeated a sweeping class certification effort against a leading children's hospital by significantly limiting the proposed class's scope and size.
- Secured pre-certification dismissal of a putative wage and hour class action on behalf of a major health care system in the US District Court for the Western District of Washington.
- Won summary judgment on 29 of 32 claims asserted against a national outdoor products manufacturer, including allegations of wrongful termination, sex discrimination, retaliation, and wage-related violations.
- Secured dismissal of fraud and deceit claims brought by a former employee against a national airline.
